The Esports Awards, i vincitori nella notte di Las Vegas

A Las Vegas consegnati gli Esports Awards presentati da Lexus. La cerimonia di quest'anno si è tenuta al Resorts World e ha visto l'assegnazione di oltre 40 premi tra Entertainment, Industry, Creative, Pro, On-Air Talent e Collegiate. Il tutto alla presenza di brand, delle organizzazioni e degli influencer più importanti del settore degli esport e non solo.

Tra i maggiori vincitori di premi Riot Games, che si è aggiudicato i premi per Editore dell'anno di esport, Team di produzione/trasmissione di esport dell'anno e Gioco di esport dell'anno per VALORANT. LOUD ha anche vinto diversi titoli raccogliendo i premi per Esports Team of the Year e Esports Creative Team of the Year. PUBG MOBILE ha vinto il premio Esports Mobile Game of the Year e Matthew "Nadeshot" Haag ha portato a casa il trofeo per Esports Personality of the Year.

Presentata dai leggendari padroni di casa Eefje 'Sjokz” Depoortere e Alex “Goldenboy” Mendez, la serata ha ospitato molti momenti importanti, tra cui Lexus che ha presentato le sue auto LC 500 e NX 350 (100 Thieves NX), e la presentazione delle esclusive lattine a tema Wild Rift di Coca-Cola. Inoltre importante la notizia che il partner di beneficenza Leukemia and Lymphoma Society hanno raggiunto l'obiettivo di raccolta fondi di $ 50K USD. Ci sono state anche diverse esibizioni musicali speciali del gruppo rock cinematografico City of Sound e del rapper bbno$. Durante la cerimonia, Matt "MobileMatt" Rutledge è salito sul palco per annunciare il lancio dei Mobile Awards. Fondati dagli Esports Awards e da Matt Rutledge, i Mobile Awards sono una nuova iniziativa con l'obiettivo di documentare, riconoscere e premiare l'eccellenza nel settore della telefonia mobile. I Mobile Awards ospiteranno una cerimonia annuale a partire dal 2023 chiamata The Mobies per celebrare e riconoscere prestazioni e innovazione di alto livello.
