Lineker su Lukaku: "Non è caduto e non gli hanno dato fallo, ecco perché i giocatori si tuffano"

Nel primo tempo di Belgio-Portogallo è stata notata da molti una vistosa trattenuta rifilata a Romelu Lukaku nel primo tempo. L’attaccante dell’Inter è rimasto in piedi e l’arbitro non ha fischiato fallo. L’ex giocatore Gary Lineker ammette che è per episodi del genere che i giocatori a volte si lasciano cadere con un po’ troppa facilità: “Lukaku strattonato, che non cade a terra e che non riceve un calcio di punizione a favore è esattamente il motivo per cui i giocatori si tuffano. Gli arbitri devono premiare l’onestà se vogliono che questo cambi”.

Lukaku being pulled back and refusing to fall down and then not getting a freekick is exactly why players dive. Referees need to reward honesty if it’s to change.
